Reformer Classes.

 

Reformer | 50 mins

Utilising traditional and contemporary Pilates principles this class will get your whole body moving. The reformer machine uses resistance springs and props to deliver a whole-body workout. With a focus on core strengthening and improvement in posture, flexibility, mobility and stability this class will enhance any exercise or sports routine. We recommend attending a few Reformer Refine classes prior to attending this so you have the foundations of Pilates.

Reformer Refine | 50 mins

This class is the perfect starting point for those new to reformer Pilates or for those who want to refine their technique. While this may be an introductory style class, don’t be fooled. Introductory doesn’t necessarily mean easy. This class will draw your focus to the Pilates principals to develop a strong foundation in your Pilates practice.

Reformer Restore | 50 mins

This class focuses on restoring your mind as well as your body. With a focus on breathwork and utlising the reformer to consciously move and stretch, this class will help you feel more mobile and flexible as well as develop a strong mind/body connection. This is an open level class which is suitable for all.

 

Cardio Reformer | 50 mins

Get your heart rate up in this fun but challenging reformer class. Utilising resistance, props and the Pilates jump boards to get your body moving. This is cardio in a low impact way which is much gentler on joints. This class is 50 minutes of high intensity training followed by a cool down and stretch. We recommend attending a few Reformer Refine classes prior to attending this so you have the foundations of Pilates.

Advanced Reformer | 50 mins

This class takes your reformer practice to the next level with a mix of traditional and contemporary advanced style exercises to challenge you. Expect to work hard, shake and feel outside your comfort zone while doing this class. We recommend having a consistent Pilates practice before trying out this class.

This class is NOT pregnancy friendly.

Express Reformer | 45 mins

Our reformer class in express. Utilising traditional and contemporary Pilate principles this class will get your whole body moving. The reformer machine uses resistance springs and props to deliver a whole-body workout. With a focus on core strengthening and improvement in posture, flexibility, mobility and stability this class will enhance any exercise or sports routine. This is the perfect express workout before work or if you are time poor.

Floor Classes.

 

Matwork Pilates | 50 mins

Using props and body weight style exercises you will be guided through an exercise routine designed to challenge your coordination, control and body awareness. While matwork might look easy, we promise you it isn’t! Our classes use contemporary and traditional Pilates principles to focus on core strengthening and improvement in posture, flexibility, mobility and stability.

Matwork L.A.B (Legs, Abs, Bums) | 45 mins

Empower Pilates L.A.B class is a Pilates style focused workout aimed to tone and strengthen your legs, abs and bum. 45 minutes of booty and core burning exercises to get you feeling strong and empowered.

This class is NOT pregnancy friendly.

Matwork Stretch and Reset (P) | 45 mins

Take some time to slow down and unwind with our stretch and reset mat class.  This class uses props, body weight and different styles of flexibility and mobility training to focus on improving flexibility, muscle length and balance within the body to give you the most benefits.  This class will be different each week with roll and release, PNF style stretching, stretch therapy, mobility drills, static vs dynamic flexibility training and mind body awareness practices.  Expect to stretch and move and have a bit of fun while doing it!

 This class is open to all levels and pregnancy friendly.

 

Barre | 45 mins

Barre is a mix of Pilates, yoga and ballet. It is a fun and high cardio class using props and small hand weights designed to challenge your coordination and strengthen your legs, arms and core while moving to some good beats.

This class is pregnancy friendly with modifications offered.

Yoga Slow Flow (P) | 60 mins

Yoga classes have an Emphasis on correct body alignment. You will not only learn to quiet the business of the mind, but also learn to listen to your body so you are able to move your body in a way that benefits your health, posture, flexibility and strength.

This class is suitable for all levels, you are guaranteed coming out of your one-hour practice feeling relaxed, centered and renewed.

Restorative Yin Yoga (P) | 60 mins

Restorative yoga is a gentle, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. 

You are welcome to bring your own bolsters, cushions, blankets and yoga props or feel free to use ours. 

Due to the nature of this class we ask that participants be on time as late comers could be distracting to other participants.
