Empower Pilates Studios are proud to partner with leaders in the Pilates industry to support the next generation of Pilates teachers throughout their training and education.

Over the years, we have welcomed and supported hundreds of students from a wide range of Pilates training schools, providing a welcoming environment where teachers-in-training can learn, practise and build their confidence.

We understand that every training journey looks a little different, which is why we offer flexible and supportive training opportunities to help students complete their required practice, observation and teaching hours. We also offer cost-effective membership options for trainees who would like to practise regularly at our Midland and Ellenbrook studios with the option to hire out our spaces for self-practice.

Most importantly, we aim to help bridge the gap between completing your qualification and becoming a confident instructor by providing real-world opportunities to develop your teaching skills within a working studio environment.
