Pregnancy Intro Pack | 1 x Private and 2 x Weeks Unlimited

This intro package includes:

1 x pregnancy private reformer lesson

2 x weeks unlimited

Stay active during this special time with Pilates. Enjoy 1 private lesson designed specifically for mothers to be. This tailored lesson will focus on building core strength, improving posture, and keeping active in a safe, supportive environment. Our certified instructors will guide you through suitable exercises to promote recovery post birth, boost energy and motivate you to stay active and keep on track with your wellness goals during this special time. We will also show you the most suitable modifications to use for classes during your pregnancy, following the ACSM and ACOG guidelines for exercise while pregnant. You will then be able to enjoy 2 weeks of classes.

Please note only the classes marked with a (P) are suitable after the first trimester for most clients, please reach out to us if you are wanting to attend any of these classes so we can assess your specific situation.

Giving birth to your little one can be one of life’s most amazing experiences. At the same time, you may wonder if you’ll ever fully feel like yourself again. Our Mums & Bubs Matwork Pilates classes are designed to support you through this transformative stage, offering a safe, nurturing, and encouraging environment where you can connect with other mums and your baby through movement. These intimate classes allow you to bond with your baby while rebuilding strength in areas that are commonly affected after birth, including the pelvic floor, core, and abdominal muscles. Gentle, guided movements help you regain posture, improve flexibility, and restore confidence in your body.

Beyond physical recovery, the classes also provide an opportunity to connect with other new mums, share experiences, and feel supported by a community of women going through similar journeys. With the guidance of our certified instructors, you’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, and ready to embrace the joys of motherhood with renewed energy and self-confidence.

The class is suitable for babies who are not yet fully on the move, and you are welcome exactly as you are — whether you need to breastfeed, soothe a crying little one, or take it at your own pace.
