Pre-recorded Barre Classes
Barre is a mix of Pilates, yoga and ballet. It is a fun and high cardio class using props and small hand weights designed to challenge your coordination and strengthen your legs, arms and core while moving to some good beats. We recommend you have a chair or counter to use as a bar to hold onto during the bar section of the class. Small hand weights are optional. If you don’t have weights you can use canned goods or water bottles.
Barre is pregnancy and post natal friendly with modifications offered.
