The promoter

1.          The Empower Pilates Bingo challenge ("the Challenge") is run by Empower Pilates Studios (ABN 48 647 518 938), with studios at 186 Great Eastern Highway, Midland WA 6056 and 2/308 The Broadway, Ellenbrook WA 6069 ("Empower", "we", "us").

The promotion

2.          The Challenge runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 inclusive.

3.          The Challenge is free to enter and open to anyone. No purchase is needed to enter, but taking part in the activities requires attending classes at Empower.

4.          Entrants under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent to enter and to accept the prize.

5.          Empower employees, instructors and contractors, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win.

How to enter

6.          To enter, write your full name on an Empower Pilates Bingo card at the studio.

7.          Complete each activity on your card during the Challenge period and tick off the matching square.

8.          To be eligible for the draw, all squares on your card must be completed, and the card must be handed in at the studio by the end of the Challenge period (30 November 2026). Winners will be announced by close of business on 1 December 2026.

9.          Each person may enter one card per studio.

10.       Cards that are incomplete, illegible or handed in late will not be included in the draw.

11.       Empower is not responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced cards. A replacement card can be issued, but squares already completed can only be carried over at Empower’s discretion.

Bingo activities

12.       All activities can be completed through the normal class timetable during the Challenge period, and our instructors have been briefed so there are fair opportunities to complete them.

13.       Where an activity isn’t suitable for you (for example, a heated class during pregnancy or because of a health condition), the alternative shown on the card may be completed instead. If you’re unsure, please talk to your instructor.

14.       Squares are ticked off on an honour system. We may check any activity and may exclude a card if an activity wasn’t genuinely completed.

15.       Please only take part in activities, exercises and classes that are safe and suitable for you. Listen to your body and tell your instructor about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy. Nothing in the Challenge requires you to do anything you’re not comfortable with.

16.       Activities involving social media or online reviews do not have to be completed publicly. If you’d prefer not to post publicly, please speak to our team about an alternative. Reviews must be honest, and Empower does not offer any reward for a positive review.

17.       This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Google.

The draw

18.       One winner will be selected per studio.

19.       Winners will be selected at random using a name generator from all eligible completed Bingo cards at each studio.

20.       The draw for both studios will take place by close of business on 1 December 2026 at our Midland studio, and winners will be contacted on the same day via the Momence app. Winners will also be shared via email.

21.       With the winner’s consent, their first name and studio may be announced at the studio and on our social media.

22.       If a winner can’t be contacted or doesn’t accept the prize within 7 days, Empower may redraw the prize.

23.       Each person can win only one prize. Empower’s decision on all matters relating to the draw is final.

The prize

24.       Each winner receives a 3 Month Momentum Membership, valued at $780 (RRP) each. With one winner at each of our two studios, the total prize pool is $1,560.

25.       The prize membership runs continuously from 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027. It can’t be paused, put on hold, extended or moved to different dates.

26.       The prize period will not be extended for studio closures, public holidays or reduced timetables during the Christmas and New Year period.

27.       The prize can’t be transferred, gifted to another person or exchanged for cash.

28.       The winner may upgrade the prize membership for an additional cost. Please speak with our team if you’d like to upgrade.

29.       If the winner is already an Empower member, their current membership will be placed on hold for the prize period (1 December 2026 – 28 February 2027) and the prize membership will apply instead. At the end of the prize period, their original membership resumes automatically on its existing terms.

30.       If the winner is not an existing member, the prize membership ends on 28 February 2027 and will not roll over into a paid membership unless the winner chooses to sign up.

31.       The prize membership is subject to Empower’s standard membership terms, including class booking, late cancellation and no-show policies.

32.       If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, Empower may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

General

33.       Personal information collected on Bingo cards and during the Challenge is used only to run the Challenge and contact winners, and is handled in line with our privacy policy at www.empowerpilatesstudios.com.au/privacypolicy.

34.       Photos you share and tag us in may be reshared on Empower’s social media. If you’d prefer we didn’t, let us know.

35.       To the extent permitted by law, Empower is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from taking part in the Challenge or using the prize. This does not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

36.       Empower may amend, suspend or cancel the Challenge if circumstances beyond our control require it, with notice provided at the studio and on our website.
